The other side of the World Cup

Remember to pray for the Nations as you watch games, see news clips or read about the World Cup. Especially the girls being trafficking because of the mass of fans traveling to South Africa. You can read more on Tom Davis' blog, here.

Head over there to watch the video......

"Girls as young as 15 were offered to us, a warning sign as sex traffickers prey on the young."

"You are Tricked, transported and the trapped, There are no human-trafficking laws in South Africa. So getting JUSTICE for these girls is going to be a huge problem" They need our Prayers.

"One lady had NO visa, and pages have been removed from her passport" She has no hope.

Also, Shaun Groves needs our help, His son's sponsored compassion child needs heart surgery and when they agreed to sponsor him, it was going to be through anything. anything helps.

Achile is an 8-year-old boy in Burkina Faso with a congenital heart defect known as tetralogy of Fallot. Because of Achile's heart condition, he has been in pain for five years and hasn't been able to attend school regularly and receive the full of benefit of sponsorships through Compassion International.

Doctors there now believe his condition requires urgent heart surgery, which is not available in Burkina Faso. Achile will be transported to a specialized hospital in India for a lifesaving operation that will cost an estimated $20,449.  Donate here: http://compassion.com/Achile

Grace is our only Hope

Augustine: For grace is given not because we have done good works, but in order that we may be able to do them.
